OC Luxury Limos provides chauffeured stretch limousine, Sprinter van and party bus transportation in Orange County, California. Vehicle availability depends on the date, time and vehicle requested. Photos and descriptions on this website are for general reference, and the specific vehicle assigned to your trip is confirmed at booking.

Quotes and Bookings

• Submitting a quote request or calling us does not reserve a vehicle. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly.
• Quotes are based on the details you provide, such as date, times, locations, number of hours and number of passengers. If those details change, the price may change.
• Pricing, deposit, payment, cancellation and refund terms for your trip are stated in your quote and booking confirmation. Those booking terms apply to your trip together with these Terms of Service.
• Please review your booking confirmation carefully and contact us right away if anything is incorrect.

Passenger Responsibilities

To keep every trip safe and enjoyable, the person who books the trip and every passenger agree to:

• Provide accurate trip details, including pickup and drop-off locations, times and the number of passengers
• Not exceed the passenger capacity of the vehicle
• Be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location
• Follow the chauffeur's safety instructions and all applicable laws, including laws about alcohol, smoking and controlled substances
• Treat the chauffeur, the vehicle and other passengers with respect

For the safety of passengers, the chauffeur and the public, the chauffeur may refuse service or end a trip if a passenger behaves in an unsafe, unlawful or abusive way. The person who booked the trip is responsible for the conduct of their group.

Damage and Cleaning

The person who booked the trip is responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by their group, and for cleaning beyond normal use. Any related charges are described in your booking confirmation.

Delays and Events Beyond Our Control

We plan routes and timing with care, but traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, venue restrictions and other events outside our control can cause delays. We are not responsible for delays or missed events caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable replacement or will contact you to discuss options.

Lost Items

Please check the vehicle for personal belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle, but if something is found we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. Call (714) 912-7418 to ask about a lost item.
